Grantees must comply with all nondiscrimination laws including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) committed to making sure our services are accessible to people with disabilities including artists with disabilities.
PCA events are open to the public and located at accessible venues. Accommodations for individuals with disabilities are available upon request.
