is a free, national arts education program available to all high school students in Pennsylvania. Students study some of the world’s finest poetry and ultimately take part in recitation competitions – all the while, students improve their public speaking skills, build self-confidence, and of course, learn about our literary heritage. > Teachers: Follow this
